Payment: 50% Payment in advance and Rest of 50% payment at the time of project deliver . Delayed payments may attract penalty @ 12%. For unpaid bills, the websites may be deactivated after 30 days.

Initial work: Work will start soon after getting the required materials. The home page would be shown within seven days. The color combination, designs and lay out patterns should be approved with in one week. After approval the design may be completed during the next 15 days for websites upto 15 pages. More pages may take proportionately more days.

Alteration work: In case of alterations, the changes should be informed within the first seven days after the initial work has been submitted. Otherwise, the submitted work will be considered as the final. If changes are suggested after the completion of the entire website it will be considered as redesign and will be chargeable.

Updation: For any Data updation or major updation after the free period, page modification charges will be applicable.

Page modification charge will range from 25- 50 % of the web page design charge.

Redesign: 50% for redesign with same contents and photos.

Renewal: Domain renewal, Server space and site maintenance charges applicable are renewable every year.

Indian domains: Rs.250/- extra for (.in) domain name registrations and Rs.500/- extra for (.ac.in) and (.co.in) domain registrations.

Orell does not take responsibility for server hacking, data loss from server, content copy, photographs etc...

Cheque /DD must be made in favour of ‘Orell Technosystems ( India) Pvt Ltd’, (DD payable at Cochin, only).

Data backup facility is provide at extra cost. Detection of errors in contents or designs by the customer if any will be rectified immediately. The company is not liable for any indirect losses due to the viewing or usage of the website by any one. Photos should be provided incase of any special images
